Our Team
Our business was founded by Dara Kretschmer and John Wilson in 2015.

Principals and majority shareholders, between them they possess decades of experience in capital markets. This includes operating successful investment management businesses over a large number of years and in a wide range of market environments. Our principals have served on the boards and investment committees of family offices, as asset owners on investment committees and risk & audit committees and across real assets, multi strategy portfolios and alternatives for a wide range of institutional investors.

John Wilson 

John has had a long career in the investment management industry in both the USA and Australia. He spent the majority of his career with PIMCO, a specialist fixed interest manager. More recently he has served as a senior advisor to Goldman Sachs, and as a Board member of QIC, LGIA Queensland, The NSWALC, Etihad Stadium, CoFunders, and Domus Private. He is also the former Chairman of the Australian Rugby Foundation and a former Board member of Rugby Australia. He is currently a director of Ord Minnett and QTC, an advisor to the BrighterSuper investment committee and an advisor to New York based investment firm Blue Owl.

Dara Kretschmer

Trained as a lawyer in the USA and graduating from Duke Law School, Dara Kretschmer began her career with internships at the Melbourne law firm of Arthur Robinson & Hedderwicks and the intellectual property firm of Fish and Neave in New York City. Thereafter, she worked with the law firm Wilkie Farr and Gallagher in New York. Dara then moved across to investment, taking a role with the value equity firm Oppenheimer Capital.  She was responsible for their market entry into Australia and ongoing business development and marketing activities. Outside of her responsibilities at Jacobs-Williams, Dara is an accomplished artist (www.darakretschmer.com).
